Hereinafter referred to as: the Service Provider.
2. Scope of the GTC
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: GTC) apply to all private dental healthcare services provided by the Service Provider and regulate the legal relationship between the Service Provider and the patient using the services (hereinafter: the Patient).
By using the services, the Patient accepts the provisions of these GTC.
3. Nature of the service
The Service Provider offers private outpatient dental healthcare services.
Treatments are provided based on prior appointment booking.
4. Appointment booking and cancellation
Appointments may be booked:
– in person,
– by telephone,
– by e-mail,
– or online.
The Patient must cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
In case of failure to do so, the Service Provider is entitled to charge a cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee is set at HUF 30,000 per appointment.
5. Payment terms
The Patient must pay the service fee upon completion of the treatment.
Payment may be made by:
– cash,
– bank card,
– bank transfer (based on prior agreement).
The Service Provider may request an advance payment before starting treatment.
6. Invoicing
The Service Provider issues an electronic invoice for the services.
Upon the Patient’s request, a paper-based invoice may also be provided.
7. Patient’s obligations
The Patient is obliged to:
– provide truthful information about their health condition,
– follow medical instructions,
– cooperate during treatments.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for damages resulting from false or incomplete information provided by the Patient.
8. Liability
The Service Provider performs treatments in accordance with professional standards and medical protocols.
The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
– lack of individual healing,
– consequences resulting from the Patient’s lack of cooperation,
– unforeseeable medical reactions.
9. Complaints handling
The Patient may submit complaints:
– in person,
– in writing,
– by e-mail.
The Service Provider shall investigate and respond to complaints within 30 days.
10. Data protection
The Service Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).
Details are set out in a separate Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These GTC shall be governed by Hungarian law.
The parties shall primarily attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
Failing this, Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction.
12. Final provisions
These GTC enter into force on 1 April 2024 and remain valid until revoked.
