In relation to the processing of personal data by Global Perio Kft. (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”), pursuant to Act CXII of 2011 on the right of information self-determination and freedom of information and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, we provide the following detailed information:

The Controller handles the processing of personal data for the purposes and in the manner detailed in each section, in strict compliance with the requirements of the legislation in force at all times, in accordance with the purposes of the Data Controller, and declares that it considers important the right to information self-determination, in particular with regard to personal data and all available organizational, operational, regulatory and technology within its scope take measures to ensure the observance and enforcement of those rights.

3. Definitions

Personal data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (“Data Subject”); identifiable is a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of an identifier such as a name, number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors relating to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of the natural person.

Data management: the totality of any operation or operations performed on personal data or files in an automated or non-automated manner, including collection, recording, organisation, division, storage, transformation or alteration, query, insight, use, communication by transmission, distribution or otherwise making available, coordination or linking, restriction, deletion or destruction.

Data Controller: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body which determines, independently or jointly with others, the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of the processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the specific criteria for the designation of the Controller or the Controller may also be determined by Union or Member State law.

Data processor: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body that processes personal data on behalf of the controller.

Consent of the Data Subject: a voluntary, specific and appropriate informed and unambiguous declaration of the data subject's will by which the data subject indicates, by means of a statement or an unmistakable act of confirmation, that he or she consents to the processing of personal data concerning him or her.

Affected: any natural person identified or identifiable on the basis of any information.

Third party: a natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body other than the data subject, controller, processor or persons authorised to process personal data under the direct control of the controller or processor.

Recipient: the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or any other body with whom the personal data is disclosed, whether third party or not. Public authorities which, in the context of an individual investigation, have access to personal data in accordance with Union or Member State law shall not be considered as recipients; the processing of such data by those public authorities shall comply with the applicable data protection rules in accordance with the purposes of the processing.

4. Purpose of data processing and scope of personal data processed

4.1. Personal data related to contact
Scope of personal data processed:
Personal data provided on the website www.periohome.hu, in any of the contact details of the Data Controller, as well as in the contact form, when contacting, in particular:
- Name
- Mailing address
- E-mail address
- Phone number
In addition, any personal data that the data subject provides during the contact.
Purpose of data processing:
General contact so that the data subject can request specific information or measures from the Data Controller.
Legal basis of data processing:
Voluntary consent of the person concerned to contact. (See. Point 5 (a)
Duration of data processing:
Until the date of withdrawal of consent to data processing.

4.2. Manage applications and CVs sent to the Data Controller
Scope of personal data processed:
Personal data provided on the website www.periohome.hu, provided when contacting any of the Controller's contact details, in particular:
- Name
- Date of birth, place
- Address/residential address
- E-mail address
- Phone number
- Educational qualifications
In addition, any personal data that the Data Subject provides in the course of contacting.
Purpose of data processing:
General contact so that the Data Subject can request specific information or measures from the Data Controller.
Legal basis of data processing:
Voluntary consent of the Data Subject to contact. (See. Point 5 (a)

Duration of data processing:
- In the case of resumes, applications, portfolios and letters of motivation received for the job advertised by the Data Controller until the date of filling the position.
- In the case of CVs, applications, portfolios and motivation letters voluntarily submitted by the Data Subject for work not advertised by the Data Controller, the Data Controller declares the Data Subject whether he consents to the processing of data by the Data Controller. In this case, the Data Controller shall keep the documents containing personal data received by him for 1 year or until the date of withdrawal of consent to data processing.

5. Legal basis for data processing
a. The data subject has given his consent to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.
b. The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party or for taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract.
c. Data processing is necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation applicable to the controller.
d. Processing is necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or another natural person.
e. The processing is necessary to enforce the legitimate interests of the controller or of a third party, unless those interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require the protection of personal data, in particular if the data subject is a child.

6. Rights of the data subject in relation to data processing

The Data Subject may exercise, inter alia, the rights described below in relation to the personal data processed by the Data Controller.

a. Transparent information

The Data Controller shall, upon request, provide the data subject with concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible information about the data processing activities carried out with him, in a clear and understandable language.

The Data Controller shall provide the requested information in writing as soon as possible from the date of submission of the data subject's request, and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request.

b. Right to access

The data subject has the right to receive feedback from the controller as to whether his personal data is being processed and, if such processing is in progress, he is entitled to have access to the personal data and the following information so that the data controller:
- what personal data you have,
- on what legal basis,
- for what purpose of data processing
- how long
process and provide information about the recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed.

c. Right to rectification

The data subject shall have the right to request the controller to rectify inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay. Taking into account the purpose of the processing, the data subject has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data, including by means of a supplementary declaration.

d. Right to cancellation

The data subject shall have the right to request the controller to delete the personal data concerning him or her without undue delay, and the controller shall be obliged to delete the personal data concerning the data subject without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- the data subject withdraws his consent, which is the basis for the processing, and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
- the data subject objects to the processing of the data and there is no overriding legitimate reason for the processing;
- personal data has been processed unlawfully;
- the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union or Member State law applicable to the controller.

e. Right to restriction of data processing

The data subject shall have the right, at his request, to restrict the processing of the data if one of the following is fulfilled:
- the data subject disputes the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the limitation applies to the period of time that allows the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is unlawful and the data subject objects to the deletion of the data and instead requests the restriction of their use;
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of data processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

f. Right to data portability

The data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her which he or she has provided to a controller in a structured, widely used, machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another controller without hindrance from the controller to whom he or she has provided the personal data.

g. The right to protest

The data subject has the right to object to the processing of his personal data at any time for reasons related to his or her situation, if, in his opinion, the controller would not process his personal data properly in connection with the purpose indicated in this data processing notice. In this case, the controller may no longer process the personal data, unless the controller proves that the processing is justified by compelling legitimate reasons which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject or which are related to the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

7. Data protection

In order to preserve the confidentiality of personal data stored in electronic form with the Data Controller, we protect the data against unauthorized access, accidental destruction, damage or modification by taking the necessary precautions (password protected, backup, etc.). We do not transfer personal data to third parties, except in mandatory cases required by law. Data stored on paper is stored in a way that excludes unauthorized access and ensures the preservation of documents.

The Data Controller uses the services of Webflow, Inc. (398 11th Street, 2nd Floor San Francisco, CA 94103) to operate the www.periohome.hu website. When loading the website, the service uses “persistent cookies”. 9. Enforcement

In the event of unlawful data processing, the data subject may file a civil lawsuit against the Data Controller. The hearing of the case falls within the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan General Court. The action may be brought before the court of your place of residence, at your option. By filing a complaint with the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.naih.hu, 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa u. 9-11, telephone: +36-1-391-1400, e-mail: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu), you may rely on the allegation that a legal violation has occurred or there is a direct threat thereof in connection with the processing of personal data.

10. Final Provisions

a. In the event of an official request or other organization based on a legal obligation, the Data Controller may be obliged to provide data or may be obliged to disclose data. In such cases, the Data Controller seeks to disclose only the amount and type of personal data that is absolutely necessary for the obligation to disclose the data.

b. With regard to matters not regulated in this notice, data processing is governed by Law CXII of 2011 on the right of information self-determination and freedom of information and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

c. The Data Controller reserves the right to amend the data management information. Amendments to this leaflet will be published on our website, any changes will be effective only after publication.
